An Office Automation System provides electronic delivery, exchange and storage of all documents and internal or external letters of a company. It is a web-based software system that makes all documents and letters of a company accessible from anywhere at any time. An Office Automation System was selected and purchased to be installed on the dedicated server of Sahand Azar company to be used to store and exchange documents and letters throughout the organization, including the main office in Tehran and sites or workplaces in other parts of Iran. The system was configured according to the specific requirements of the company and the company personnel were trained to use it.
